href=\"http:\/\/www.nonproliferation.eu\/hcoc\/wp-hcoc\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Hague-Code-of-Conduct-A-57-724-English.pdf\">Hague Code of Conduct against the proliferation of ballistic missiles<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>The total number of African states that have subscribed to the HCoC now stands at 40.<\/p>\n<p>The spokesperson for the European External Action Service has\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/eeas.europa.eu\/headquarters\/headquarters-homepage\/73991\/non-proliferation-statement-spokesperson-subscription-saint-vincent-and-grenadines-and_en\">welcomed\u00a0<\/a>the recent accession of Equtorial Guinea:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>This is an important step towards the universalisation and effective implementation of the Code of Conduct.
