In August 2023, <\/strong>S\u00e3o Tom\u00e9 and Pr\u00edncipe <\/strong>became the 144th subscribing state to the Hague Code of Conduct<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The total number of African states that have subscribed to the HCoC now stands at 42.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The FRS held a seminar dedicated to African countries<\/a> just a few weeks ago, on 22-23 June in Abuja, Nigeria, and had a chance to exchange with representatives of S\u00e3o Tom\u00e9 and Pr\u00edncipe.<\/p>\n
