CURRENT STATE OF THE NETWORK AND THE WAY AHEAD

This session will provide a brief overview of the new structure and activities of the EU Non-Proliferation and Disarmament Consortium as well as of the EUNPD Network, assessing membership, role and available expertise. The session will also be an opportunity to provide input and make proposals for the next implementation steps.

This session will look at the challenges ahead for non-proliferation and disarmament, exploring in particular the EU’s role. In light of this, the session will also discuss the network’s current and future contribution to the ongoing security debate.
